I was a serious asthmatic, and a heavy smoker
. Off the record, several Doctors told me I was several years from being
on oxygen.
I had lots of stress in my life, I
was constantly juggling many things like kids, school, work etc... and
needless to say, I let myself go.
I was out of shape, very ill and feeling
terrible.
I decided I needed to help myself- I quit
smoking, and basically began to rehabilitate myself. That's when I joined
your online training and nutrition program. Having never worked with a
Personal Trainer especially via the Internet, I was skeptical. I took the
chance, and I'm here to say, the results speak for themselves. I am off all of my medications, I can now run about 4 miles a day. I
am toned, have lots of energy, and basically feel great!

My energy level was very good throughout the week. My workout
recovery continues to improve dramatically every week. My
cholesterol was 189 4 months ago. It is now 146. My blood
pressure was 122/84 four month ago. It is now 112/64. My
resting heart rate was 75 4 months ago. It is now 51. I'm
getting closer to seeing my AB muscles. My waistline is about 30
and will probably end up about 28 to 29 before I see
what's under the fat.

Training

Jason is an excellent Trainer! I would recommend him for and
sports or any physically related goal. I came to Jason to
increase my speed and body shape. I compete in half marathons
and shorter distance races. I am a sponsored athlete, and my
career relies on appearance and performance. Speed and looking
good is very important to me. Jason designed me a diet and
exercise program to help trim me up and improve my running. He
also provides something that was that made all the right
information work, and that was more motivation and focus on my

overall in the Highland half marathon (13.1 miles). The first 7

Most trainers train a client the way they
train themselves, regardless of that clients specific needs. Jason sat
with me before our sessions began to discuss my particular and
individual goals. With these goals in mind, he set up a personal,
tailored program to achieve maximum benefits for my body type.
I have a back and neck problem and we
have been able to successfully work around it while still focusing on
the muscles and areas that need strengthening without damaging my back.
Other trainers have ignored my pleas for
a varied fitness routine, or alternate exercises with respect to my neck
& back issues. This would only frustrate me and cause more
discomfort and pain.
I've already lost one dress size and I am

Turning
40 ain't easy! But thanks to you Jason, my body is feeling
healthier and stronger than anytime in the last decade, and of
course that positively affects my attitude and outlook also.
My previously serious low back condition
is entirely gone. I have had no back pain since we started training
together. I didn't believe that training would help my back, but in fact
not only do I have no pain, but I have surprised myself as to my back
strength.
A few weeks ago, I was driving my Volvo
and ran out of gas. It was night time and I was barefoot. I had to get
my car out of the way of traffic. So instinctively, I jumped out of the
car and started pushing. Well, I had to push it uphill, to the side of
the street, to avoid traffic, in bare feet no less (with no traction).
Before I knew it, I had done it. It was a snap. I didn't consider until
later, that I could never had done that without training with you. My
body responded great.
Even now, when I miss a workout or two,
my body feels worse. My overall attitude and body are lethargic when I
don't train. I'm going to stick with what works, and that's to keep

I was starting to train for my 5th
attempt on Mt. Rainier, and realized that, in order to succeed, I needed
to improve my training method; so I decided to get help.
After reviewing a number of different physical training programs,
Jason's appeared to make the most sense. He put me on track with the
right diet, cardiovascular schedule and weight training program. I was
assigned to Nicholas Barrett, a knowledgeable, thorough, and careful
full-time trainer.
I trained with Nicholas three times per week; and with that, the cardio
and the diet, it was very intense. But then, so is mountain climbing.
In just two months, I had lost 20 lbs and felt ready for Rainier. It was
time to go to the mountain. The climb was extremely hard and I thought
about turning back many times. After 10,000 vertical feet of snow, ice
and crevasses, I finally stepped onto the 14,410' summit of Mt. Rainier.
I was victorious! I know that if it hadn't been for Jason's
program, I never would have made it to the top. His program had made the
difference.

Almost five years ago I gained 15 pounds while doing chemotherapy for
breast cancer. This was not unusual for women doing the type of
chemo I did, though it was partly caused by “feeling sorry for myself”
overindulgence. I didn’t worry about it at the time because I’d
always been fit, and I had rapidly lost weight after two pregnancies.
However, the chemo also put me into early menopause. I found I was
not able to shed the pounds as easily as in the past.
Nothing worked. I tried Atkins, but that made
me feel like I was doing chemo again – I slowed way down during aerobic
workouts. I just didn’t have any energy.
Then I discovered Jason Kozma’s web pages and
decided to sign up for his online personal training. Right away he
developed a personalized diet and workout routine for me. He increased
the number of my aerobic workout sessions slightly and added several
weight training sessions per week. I particularly liked his diet. I ate
often and I ate foods that I liked and were good for me. I had lots of
energy. My bike and swim times actually improved on the diet.
Recently I celebrated my 52nd
birthday and I am also about to celebrate the fifth anniversary of
completing chemotherapy. My weight is within 2 pounds of my “pre-chemo”
weight! I am much stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been.

me and my middle started to expand I thought that I should get a trainer

I could tell you how many inches I’ve lost (2.5), or I
could tell you how many pounds of fat I melted off myself (16), but
there are more important things to discuss here.
More than releasing me from flab, this diet practically
released me from an addiction to food. I had bad eating habits as a
kid, as a teenager, and later, a college student. Though they did
improve a bit throughout the years they were never stellar, and I kept
wondering why all my effort in the gym didn’t yield the desired results.
One Jason Kozma later the answer was obvious. Once I got
on this program I realized how much I craved all those pieces of
pizza, all that ice cream and chips and soda and crap that I will only
enjoy IN MODERATION anymore.
I was surprised how much I lost and how quickly I lost
it, but more than that I was surprised at how much diet determines how
you look, and how far off the right kind of dieting I was doing. At
first I envied my fellow students because they were eating whatever they
wanted, but now (and this is the most awesome thing I’m coming away
with) I look at what they’re eating and I’m not even tempted.

Kozma's diet program really helped me get my eating habits in check.
It was hard at first to eat so many times a day but the results came
quick once I dedicated myself to following his plan . I lost the extra
lbs that I wanted to lose for a show in the time I needed. I felt so
much better after just a few weeks and have incorporated the eating plan
