Los Angeles fitness expert
Jason Kozma brings more than 20 years of experience to the fore to help
you reach your individual goals: Be it weight loss and tone, strength and
size, or athletic enhancement, Jason has the knowledge and experience to
help you get where you need to go.
Jason has worked with professional athletes from
multiple sports including Major League Baseball
and the NFL as well as
celebrities, bodybuilders and fitness competitors, executives, CEOs and
regular folk.
Jason is a
competitive bodybuilder having won the following titles:
Mr. America, Mr. Muscle Beach, Southern States Champion, Tennessee Valley Champion, Kentucky Derby Champion.
Jason is a
trainer of trainers, having educated personal trainers, fitness
instructors, gym owners and coaches all over the United States.
He has exceptional knowledge in the fields of bodybuilding, bodysculpting
and sports performance training, nutrition, motivational techniques as
well as an extensive background in martial arts, holding a black belt in
Wado-Ryu Karate.
Jason's personal training service features fast visual results as well as
dramatic increases in strength and health. He has successfully worked
with people of all fitness levels: from beginners to competitive
bodybuilders and fitness competitors. He also offers a training program

Of
course, the changes in my physical appearance were really
impressive, and that boosted my confidence enormously. I really
learned about working out safely and how to make my overall
lifestyle more healthy -- better nutrition and vitamins, proper
rest, etc. Jason provided me with motivation to stay in shape,
and a program I have successfully continued with on my own, both
comfortably and effectively, until each time I'm ready to see
him again and move up to the next level!
Jason really customized the program to
me. I had worked out with other people who just gave me the same
blah-blah they give everyone else, and then stood there during the
workout, bored, just counting reps. Jason worked with me to design a
workout that would not only NOT aggravate old injuries (bad back,
chronic knee and ankle problems, etc.), but in fact has helped reduce
the symptoms of the past injuries (one of which was even caused by
another, "Brand-X" trainer -- beware of all those guys out
there who don't know what they're doing!). Jason maintains high energy
and motivational talk during the workout, so when I exercise on my own I
can picture what Jason would say to me, and that keeps me going.
Jason also makes very sure that I know
EXACTLY how the exercise is done properly, so I can do it right and get
the maximum benefit from each rep. I've never had next-day achiness or
soreness in training with Jason, even though the workouts are tough
enough to make me sweat a TON each session!
Jason gave me the exercises I need to
make my body look the way I want it to look, and very quickly. I went
from a size 11 to a size 5 in about 4 months, with a loss of 20 pounds
of fat (including getting rid of some really ugly "saddlebags"
on my thighs) and a gain of a lot of hot-looking muscle!
Then, a year later, when I had had a
little too much food fun in the form of holiday eating, Jason got me
back to those size 5s in just over one month -- WOW!
And, when the going gets rough, Jason
makes me laugh, which keeps me committed to working out -- who knew that
a killer exercise routine could not only get the job done, but also be
FUN?!

When I first started working out with Jason he helped me recover
from the oversized body I had created during an extremely enjoyable
trip to Italy. Following his instructions (diet especially), I
quickly dropped weight from the trip (6 pounds the first week!) .
But I soon learned that I had also returned from Italy with another
souvenir- I was pregnant! I continued to work out with Jason during
the first 6 months of my pregnancy, which helped me get stronger for
labor (which I did naturally) and also retain some sense of myself
while I endured the astonishing enlargement of my body. At six
weeks post partum, I returned to work out with Jason, weighing at
this time about 15 pounds over my best shape body weight, and my
body was very mushy. In the months that followed Jason helped me be
on a healthy, breast-feeding friendly diet, that enabled me to take
off the weight and get in shape. The work outs themselves built my
strength which I appreciated much more as I had to carry around a
baby and do a lot of stuff while holding her with one arm. Thanks
to Jason, and my hard work, at 4 months post partum I was very

Kozma began training me for my wedding in January of 2001, I was
skeptical that I would see results (if any) from prior fitness

Before I met Jason I went through several trainers but I couldn't stick to

For years I
have used the Stairmaster which has allowed me to eat basically what I

Over the years, I've tried a lot of
different activities in the name of
health and challenging myself
(including becoming a vegan for 2
years and running a marathon), but I
secretly always hoped it would give
me that cover of Runners World
physique. It didn't! Eventually, I
had accepted that no matter how hard

I never knew what I was truly
getting myself into once I signed up
with Jason Kozma and worked closely
with Sherlyn Roy. I knew I wanted to
change my physique and lifestyle for
the better. I was active to begin

senior year in college I
realized it was time
for me to get in shape.
At about the same time I
realized that I had no
clue how to get there. I
contacted Jason who had
me work with James Balazs.
Jason got me on a diet
to support the rigorous
workouts with James
that got me to where I
am today. James worked
with me and helped me
to get in shape despite
a painful back injury
and bad asthma. Even
with these issues James
still managed to make

only a few months I went

Let me start by
saying this picture is real -but thanks to Jason it is a thing
of the past!
We all create a perception of ourselves that becomes our
reality. Well I knew I had a big ass but by no means did I ever
envision it so grandiose. When my smoke and mirrors dissolved I
knew it was time to do something about it. I found Jason through
a random Google search and was amazed by his results.
I knew that if anyone could whoop me into shape, it would be
Jason. So.....now that I've been following Jason's diet and
training with him, not only do I no longer have that ass but I
have dropped 17 pounds, lost inches upon inches on my entire
body, and most importantly, we have turned flab into lean
muscle. I have gone down 3 sizes to date and I'm still going.

I've been training with Jason for
5 months now. I have lost 25 pounds and more importantly I have
lowered my blood pressure from 175/90 to 109/65 and lowered
my cholesterol 50 points to 158. I am in the best shape of my
life. I look and feel great and have so much energy. I will
continue to train with Jason as he has changed my life. There is

for you gather all of the information you need to get where you want to go. Jason is already there. With his encyclopedic knowledge of weightlifting he is
able to create a unique workout each time. This knowledge also allows him to
work around injuries, so that you don't lose momentum.
The right direction is not mindless muscle growth. As a champion body builder,
Jason has an eye for symmetry. He customizes your workout to your needs, so you

Your time is important. In one hour Jason hits the right muscles and drains the
last bit of energy out of them, so that they grow really fast. The hour goes by

Exercise alone will only get you so far. The diet increases the efficiency of
the workouts in terms of both muscle mass gain and fat loss. Jason's diet is the
easiest diet I have ever been on, because I am never hungry. As a matter of
fact, I'm eating more now than I was before I started. Just like the workouts,
Jason customizes the diet to your needs. He continues monitor your diet and
modifies it as your body changes.
I am the strongest and in the best shape I have ever been in my life and I've
